Me and my dad walked in and were greeted right away. I ordered an iced chai tea and it was delicious. It was all clean too!
Walked in and me and my daughter were greeted right away. Everything was clean. My daughter ordered an iced chai which was delicious. Great experience!
Such bad service. I told the blonde haired lady with the tattoo sleeve that our coffee was supposed to be iced/cold and she automatically told me to go around and order again through the drive thru. I asked her if she could just make it cold and she said no since there is a price difference. I then asked if she could just charge me the price difference and she said no the system doesn’t let her do that and that I need to go around again and place my order. I then asked for a refund because that is not what we had ordered and she said I had to come inside and when my sister went inside she kept staring her down and giving her ugly looks. When I got my refund it was literally CHEAPER than the original order.
